EP91X1E is a single port 6G HDMI Cascade Extender. The chip incorporates Explore’s proprietary EP-Xlink technology which allows users to maximize the number of cascaded HDMI stages and achieve maximum HDMI link extension. The chip supports up to 6 GHz bandwidth per data channel and is compliant with HDMI 2.0, HDCP 1.4, HDCP 2.2 and HDR specifications. An on-chip MCU with pre-programmed firmware drivers minimizes the software development effort.
