Part-No.: EP619E Function: Tx, Standard: DP/eDP -> cLVDS

EP619E / EP619D is a Display Port Receiver with cLVDS/Audio outputs and embedded MCU. cLVDS is a super high speed LVDS technology developed by Explore. The chip accepts Display Port (DP) input and converts the input video stream into 8-lane cLVDS output. Besides, the input audio stream is converted to Audio digital outputs. The DP input port supports 1/2/4-lane DP receiving up-to 5.4 Ghz bit rate with HDCP Decryption. The 8-lane cLVDS output can support the video up to 4K60Hz resolution. The Audio output port supports 2-channel IIS and S/PDIF audio outputs. The chip is compliant with Display Port 1.3 and HDCP 1.3. The chip also supports on-chip HDCP Keys and EDID Memory. With an embedded MCU on-chip, the chip does not require external MCU or EE in applications. User is not required to develop the software.

EP619D is integrated with CC Controller and USB Billboard Device for USB Type-C application.
